Delivery Policy.
1. We reserve the right to use any Delivery service that we deem most practical for the weight and size of your package.
2. We reserve the right to use any Delivery service that is the most efficient and cost effective to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition and within the stated delivery window.
3. Where stated Free Delivery on our products, we reserve the right to send multiple items purchased together, (packaged individually) to the same address.
4. Where Free Delivery is not advertised, we will determine the most cost effective method of delivery to your chosen destination and this cost will be added to your final total at checkout. We reserve the right to send multiple items (Packaged Individually) to the same address in one package.
5. If a package arrives damaged, the buyer is required to photograph the package, (before Opening) and send us a copy of the photograph as proof, this enables us to contact the delivery service to enquire how this happened.
6. When the package is opened and there is evidence of damage to the goods through transit, the buyer should in the first instance, photograph the extent of the damage to the goods and then contact us with a copy of the photograph for advice on how to return the damaged goods in their original packaging.
 7. In the event of clause 5 and 6 not being followed, no claim will be accepted for any damage to the packaging or the goods contained within the package.
8. We reserve the right to determine the courier service for any returned goods.
9. we cannot be held responsible for late delivery by the chosen delivery service, if your delivery does not arrive on time, please contact us using the contact us form and we will help to resolve any issues as a matter if urgency.

Returns Policy
 1. We will accept returns for damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.
2. All goods must be returned to us in their original packaging with a description of the damage.
3. In the unfortunate event you wish to return a product to us, you must photograph the damaged goods and send a copy to us before returning the product with a description of the damage.
4. Once a return is accepted by us, we reserve the right to choose the courier which will be free of charge to you.
5. It is your responsibility to secure the goods in the original packaging and deliver any return to our chosen courier at your own cost.
6 We will not accept returns for any goods, with any personalisation, ordered wrongly by yourselves. Please check all spelling, punctuation, numbering and spacing as we will only produce what you request.
7. In the unfortunate event that a mistake is made during the production process, we will accept the product without hesitation and a replacement or refund offered to you at your choice.
8. We will only issue a refund or exchange upon receiving and inspecting the goods that are returned to us by the customer.
